After we agree on a plan and price, we sign a contract.

When the contract is signed, you will pay a scheduling deposit to secure your spot on the schedule (this comes out of the total amount due). We will let you know when you are coming up on the schedule at which point there will likely be another deposit due prior to the start of work.
